The staff is very kind and helpful. They were waiting for us with drinks and sweets upon our arrival. Unfortunately, due to our own carelessness, we could not stay there, because we already had another reservation, and I forgot about it. Nevertheless, they were very kind to us and helped us find the other accommodation, accompanied us there. Before that, we could also see the hotel's pools, which are in a beautiful location and very sophisticated, which can also be said about the entire hotel. We will definitely stay there next time.

Very, very nice stay! The rooms are cozy due to the new classy furniture and extremely clean. The restaurant is perfect starting with the view to the Domogled massif and the food which is quite good and with a lot of options (I am ovo-lacto-pesco-vegetarian). Now, the thing that makes it worth and why everybody should go there: the thermal pools. The pool at the hotel is extraordinary! Best you can get there. It is placed by the river, with the view of Domogled massif, best you can get in the area (If you dont believe me, read about it) ! I it perfect to benefit from the therapeutic properties of the unique thermal water in Europe, during the day but also at night. Try it, you will not regret, I guarantee. I hardly wait to come back there! Thanks to the nice and professional staff for making the stay worth! Cheers to all of you!

It is a relative new built hotel, which clever used the small space between the mountain and Cerna River. Despite this fact, the rooms are large enough. Also, I appreciate that the room has AC. They have a thermal water pool at a nearby property, that they also own. But 3 additional pools are under construction in the hotel yard, and a outdoor bar. The manager and staff are friendly and have helped us if we have had a request. At breakfast there is a variety, like a continental breakfast, cold cuts, vegetables, and also cooked food in Trasylvanian style (despite located in Banat). You have many options. At the restaurant they serves big portions and if there is a longer time to prepare the food, the waiter announce. Then the price seems high, but they are OK for the amount of food. The waiters and the cook are attentive to clients. Because the hotel is placed on the river side, the sound of water flow is loud, and in the night it seemed to me like it is raining. One concern is that due to the limited space, parking lots are few.

The accomodation is ok-ish. But stay away from the restaurant. Pizza is aparently bought pita bread with ketchup and other cheap ingredients. The burger I served was raw and had to send it back. The spaghetti carbonara is made cheap prague type ham and heavy cream. The '' cook'' should resign! I would not recommend to stay here and certainly will not come back.

Very nice place and the owner and personal are very helpful and friendly. They have two swimming pools, sadly one of them was not open yet when I visited but the owner were very nice and let us take a swim in the pool an 10 pm in the evening. The other pool is with sulphate termal water and has around 60 degrees. It was my second visit here, i also visited last year while going to a running contest in the area.
